Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information:
Orders received by 1pm will be dispatched the same day subject to stock availability. Standard delivery timeframe is 2 to 3 days provided that the item is in stock.
If a particular wine is in high demand and is out of stock we will contact you only if delivery of the item is likely to take more than 7 days. In these rare cases we will advise you of the delivery time frame we can meet, or recommend an alternative wine or refund your payment if you do not want to proceed with the order.
If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you mention this in the comments section when placing your order.
Also if you have any special delivery details please mention this in the comments section also.

Minimum order quantity:
There is no minimum order quantity you may order as much or as little as you like however freight will apply to all orders less than a case 12 x 750ml.  Freight rates, South Island $8.00 and North Island $12.00

Freight costs:
All orders of 12 x 750ml bottle or more will be delivered anywhere in New Zealand freight free.
Orders which are less than a case ( 12 x 750ml) will be charged freight, for South Island orders $8.00 and North Island $12.00

Pricing:
All prices are inclusive of GST
Case prices are for a whole case of the same product.
You are welcome to mix case quantities however the pricing will be as per single unit price. 

Guarantees:
We are responsible for your wine to the point of delivery, we accept no responsibility for damage or theft once you have received your order.
Should your wine arrived damaged please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange to have it collected and replaced.
Should in the unlikely event you find your wine to be faulty please notify us at once and we will replace it for you or credit your account whichever you prefer.
